Your records are protected with industry-standard encryption — AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ (TLS 1.3 preferred) in transit. To prevent accidental loss, automatic 30-day backups are maintained.
Our AI Doesn't Know Your Name
Before any AI processing, we automatically remove personal identifiers (like your name or phone number) from the digitized text — your original files stay untouched. We do not use your records, prompts, or outputs to train AI models.
You Hold the Keys
By default, only you can access your data. Limited administrator access is allowed only for maintenance and security. You control your data and can download, update, or delete it anytime.
